3. We accept
Mass Health (Mass Medicaid) as full payment. Our patients using
their Mass Health insurance have the option of being awake or
asleep for their procedure, with no out of pocket expense.
4. We are
specialty providers with several HMO and PPO insurance organizations.
Please be aware that physician and anesthetist charges are be
billed separately from the facility. When making an appointment
using your insurance please have your insurance card and subscriber
information available. The following list will give you an idea

Our fees are all inclusive with the exception of the fee for RhoGAM.
RhoGAM is an injection that is given to patients who test RH negative
during the their pre-operative testing blood work. 15% of the
population is RH negative. Those patients who are RH negative
are required to get an injection of RhoGAM. Please ask the intake
counselor at the time of your appointment if the additional fee
will apply to you and what additional fee you will need to bring
with you to the facility on the day of your appointment, if any.
